I'm so tired at the moment. *facepalm* A product of living too far away from everything - school, friends, social niceties... :D That, and lots of work.

Oh, and my laptop broke too. The fan is messed up (apparently), so that's off getting fixed, and I'm now hijacking my dad's laptop for hours on end. So, it's writing essays by hand for a while now. *hand aches*

I stiiiiill haven't got the XI DVD, because I bought a copy as a birthday present for someone else, and don't have enough money to get one for myself. So I miiiiiiiss that film. Jim! Bones! Spock!

Would anyone be up for some insane!Jim fic? It's been developing in the back of my mind. That might be something to look out for, maybe. Oh, and I have an idea for a hell hound POV Supernatural fic... which is just a little bit odd. It involves IPA and everything.

I was at the Green Day concert in Manchester last night (Hallowe'en - which reminds me: Billie sang "Happy Hallowe'en" to the tune of London Bridge is Falling Down, which was just hilarious), and it was so fucking awesome! :D I would try and write about just how amazing it was, but I think that's fairly impossible - but suffice to say, I got my shiny Converse covered in lemonade (so they're now really sticky), and I DON'T CARE.

Okay, before you read this entry, there are several Things that you must know. First, I'm a little bit high after finishing betaing a REALLY AWESOME FIC (*flails*) that I'm not sure if I should name on my journal because I fail at Interwebz protocol, mmkay? - as just demonstrated. Second, I've just figured out how to transfer photos from my phone to my computer.

As you might have noticed, I haven't been posting much recently. As in, ever. At all. Or replying to comments, or really just existing on the internet. This is because school is fucking crazy, and the only time I usually even turn my laptop on is when I listen to music while straightening my hair.

Which is really, really cool. :D

So yeah. This is me saying that I think I'm going to be going on something of a hiatus - or a posting break - or a leave of absence. Basically, I am going to be an antisocial loner and my computer will gather dust for a while. There is just far too much on my plate right now - stupid, stupid school. Why am I taking four subjects??

Yay, I'm ill. *huddles under the duvet* I've spent the past few days being headachy, dizzy and tired, and then today I was so out of it that I spent the entirety of Greek absolutely exhausted, with a sore throat and unable to translate a thing. Which was helpful.

Got driven home fourth period, and then spent pretty much all afternoon in bed, asleep. Missed Latin and extra Greek (and apparently my teacher implying that Catullus had a problem with premature ejaculation, which is... interesting).

*is pathetic*

But I just watched 5x02 of Supernatural. BOYS. YOU ARE NOT HELPING MY CALM.

*sighs* I've just had to drop out of startrekbigbang. I was intending to spend all this weekend getting my draft done, but I had a shitload of translation to do yesterday, and today my head's gone all fuzzy.

Bloody hell.

Kinda disappointed in myself, but oh well.

I'm definitely going to finish the fic eventually, though, so it will see the light of day at some point - I just don't know when. RL has to take precedence.

I think I'm going to go rewatch (for the third time) the new Supernatural episode. That should cheer me up at bit. ♥

As a warning? This is going to pretty much pure ranting. So, skip on past if you're not in the mood.

1. I don't think I'm going to get my startrekbigbang fic finished on time. Shit, shit, shit. I might end up having to spend basically all my weekend just writing to even get the roughest rough draft in. Shit.

2. I have a sudden inability to write my personal statement. Because it's stupid. And if admissions tutors can't work out why Greek/Latin A level is relevant to a CLASSICS DEGREE, then fuck them.

3. I can't log onto the UCAS website, which is bad, because that's how I apply to university.

4. My UCAS form is due in in about two weeks. Fuck.

5. My awesome stripey jacket still isn't ready.

6. I can't be bothered with school, and I've only been back one day.

7. I am mood-swinging like crazy.

8. I basically haven't played the flute since my grade 8 (way back in June), and so now my tone has disappeared and my first lesson is on Tuesday. On the 15th. On the same day as the startrekbigbang deadline.

9. Dealing is harder than I thought it would be.

10. It now takes a full hour to get to and from school, which means I have to leave the house at 7.10 in the morning and get back at 5.30 in the evening.

Goddamnit, sometimes I hate this.
